Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Engineered permit drawings: Provide engineered control system/permit drawings prepared by the BCMS manufacturer and project electrical engineer, as necessary for Owner review/approval of proposed system, for permitting and installation. ii. Confirm BCMS/building interconnection points: The 18 existing RPP’s contain multiple load center panels which are equipped with CT’s for up to 168 circuits and associated wire harnesses, which are connected to existing monitoring boards and interface displays located inside the top section of the RPP cabinet. These components are further connected via Ethernet cabling, to each RPP and to the central monitoring point. All of the components are to be removed and replaced with a new, current technology JCOMM Retrofit Kit system which meets the requirements of this specification, and which aggregates the RPP BCMS system outputs to a single BCMS termination board in the existing termination/patch panel rack (the location is indicated in Exhibit B-BMS Room). This termination board and patch panel already contains the ethernet connectivity from the 18 existing RPP's and the 9 recently added RPP’s-per this scope of work. iii. New BCMS System with Local and Centralized Monitoring 1. Manufacturers: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide products by PDI Eaton, compatible with existing equipment in the 9 new RPP’s. 2. Operating Conditions. Units shall be capable of operating continuously in the following environmental conditions without mechanical or electrical damage or degradation of operating capability. (a) Storage Temperature Range: Minus 33 to plus 158 deg F (-36 to +70 deg C) (b) Operating Temperature Range: 32 to 140 deg F (0 to 60 deg C) (c) Relative Humidity Range: 0 to 95 percent, noncondensing. (d) Altitude: Sea level to 3600 feet (1100 m) above sea level.
