Specifications include, but are not limited to: User Support Specialists/Implementation Support Specialist Directly support end-users during periods of new implementations or as operational support. Serve as an Epic application knowledge resource for end-users supporting newly deployed solutions at UW Medicine entities, hence requiring basic knowledge of operational workflows and the Epic application solutions built to support these workflows. Facilitate planned and ad-hoc group huddles to discuss Epic related concerns between user groups in order to clarify issues and communicate solutions. Report status and issue updates to the implementation lead on a regular interval. Facilitate and support standard incident tracking process during period(s) of floor support. Serve as point of contact for operations staff during Epic implementations. ; Credentialed Trainers/Class room Trainers Conduct classes for Epic end users Provide refresher courses as necessary and approved by project leadership Provide support to physicians and providers within labs as well as at-the-elbow support Facilitate planned and ad-hoc group huddles to discuss Epic related concerns between user groups in order to clarify issues and communicate solutions. Evaluate skills and gaps in learners and provide feedback on curriculum as appropriate. Credentialed Trainer Educate end users on the workflows and proper documentation within the Epic EHR and assess for competency. ;
