The objective of this request is to enter into a contract with a Vendor to provide complete court reporting and transcription services for evidentiary hearings, public hearings, and other proceedings statewide, when needed. The Reporter will furnish all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and incident to the performance of this contract, other than a chair and table, which the AGENCY will provide at the site where the reporting will take place. to the performance of this contract, other than a chair and table, which the AGENCY will provide at the site where the reporting will take place. The Reporter will obtain all official permits and licenses required for the performance of the work embraced in this contract; and the Reporter agrees in the course of its duties under this contract to comply with the law and constitution of the State of Washington, including but not limited to the applicable portions of Chapter 49.60 RCW, Law Against Discrimination.
