Engineering Services: The scope of engineering services identified for this RFQ include providing an engineering cleanup design culminating in plans, specifications and engineers estimate used for the construction of a public works project to demolish and remove the Twin Bridges. The services covered by this RFQ will start as feasible and based on contract initiation timing. Scope of services will include: 1) Design Services: a) Prepare a public works design/bid/build construction document package that includes a project manual (plans and specifications) with appropriate appendices. (Plans/Technical specifications- 90%, final and Contract Ready Level). i) The specifications shall be formatted to standard Construction Specifications Institute Master Format (current edition) and include the basis of design. ii) The drawings shall be to Ecology Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) standards (available on the Ecology public sharepoint site).
