Specifications include, but are not limited to:The school will occupy the first floor, changing from "B - Office" occupancy to "E - School". Most of the spaces on the first floor will remain untouched or involve only minor demolition and/or new construction, including the existing cafeteria, kitchen & Servery, Toilet rooms, stair, elevator core, and many of the existing rooms. The school will use the existing kitchen and cafeteria on the first floor forstudent meals, and will use the other spaces as core classes, elective classes, flexible education space,offices and accessory storage. First floor approximate area of work equals 15,400 SF. The school willoccupy the second floor, with most of the main operations including core classrooms, offices and workspaces for the school staff being located on this floor. Currently the floor is largely open, except for the existing stairs, elevators, toilet rooms, and utility shafts. Work to be done on this floor includes turning the open area into twenty classrooms, smaller flexible educational spaces, small and medium sized offices, a teachers work space with a new kitchenette, 3 additional single occupancy toilet room, wide corridors and a new interior stair connecting all of the new spaces. Second floor approximate area of work equals 30,500 SF. On the third floor the only work that is to be done is the installation of the new interior stair that connects to all of the new spaces. Third floor approximate area of work equals 580 SF
