Specifications include, but are not limited to: Primary Odor Control System at the north and south primary sedimentation tanks:1.Remove and replace existing 14-inch neoprene sleeves on the foul air duct serving thePrimary Sedimentation Tankswith new neoprene sleeves fitted with drain connections (6locations).2.Remove and replace corroded aluminum odor cover panels over the influent distributionchannels with new odor cover panels. The panels to be replaced include a riserconnectionfor 14-inch odor duct, and a blast gate for isolating the duct. The new coverpanels are to beconstructed of 316 stainless steel (5 locations).3.Repair holes in corroded aluminum covers with a welded aluminum patch (8 locations).4.Install 1-inch PVC drains on existing FRP duct using existing coupling connections androutethe drains approximately 3 feet to existing openings in the channel odor cover (3locations).5.Remove and replace existing neoprene odor covers over two 8-ft wide slide gates with afabricated aluminum odor cover.Secondary Odor Control System:1.Reconnect an FRP foul air duct serving the West Settled Sewage Channel to a foul airduct collection manifold on the north side of the Aeration Basins. Work includesapproximately 41 ft of 30-inch FRP duct, a new fabricated, galvanized steel duct support,and moving an existing duct support. 2.Prepare and epoxy-coat the corroded steel frames of two foul air blowers locatedadjacent to the Chemical Odor Reduction Towers (Chemical ORTs).3.Remove and replace an existing 60-inch diameter neoprene sleeve on the suctionside of the blower serving Chemical ORT No. 1.4.Install 2-inch PVC swing check valves on the discharge piping of the SecondaryOdorControl sump pumps (2 valves).5.Replace the existing corroded cast iron mud valves in the Secondary Odor Controlchemical dosing areas with stainless steel mud valves (2 locations).6.Provide required documentation
