Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Perform compensation analysis including advice regarding an appropriate peer universe in accordance with statute. 2.Provide expert advice and guidance regarding development and maintenance of compensation structure. 3.Develop and conduct a periodic salary survey. This will include advising the Board on the appropriate peer universe and both developing and conducting a compensation survey including, but not limited to, the following areas: Asset Allocation, Real Estate, Tangible Assets, Fixed Income, Public Equity, Private Equity, Research, Risk, Compliance, Performance Reporting, Corporate Governance, Portfolio Administration, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology. The survey will include, but is not limited to, the following positions: 1)Chief Investment Officer 2)Senior Investment Officers
