Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualitative evaluation will allow Pierce County to access the effectiveness and efficacy of its Eviction Prevention program to support low-income households in remaining housed and preventing homelessness. The proposer must be willing and able to complete the proposed activities: A. Must work with Pierce County Human Services Eviction Prevention program staff (or designated subcontractors) for selection of program participants for focus groups and in depth interviews. B. Must have a mechanism in place to compensate focus group and interview participants and provide documentation of compensation to Pierce County Human Services. C. Must share results from interviews and focus groups, in a manner that ensures the privacy of the interview and focus group participants and adheres to Institutional Review Board requirements and evaluation ethics standards, to support Pierce County Human Services’ qualitative evaluation of its Eviction Prevention program.
