Specifications include, but are not limited to: When consulting services are needed, UWM will release a work request to those vendors that have been awarded contract(s) in a particular category. The Statement of Work (SOW) will specify the scope of work, the deliverables, the timeline, and any other requirements. A SOW will be awarded to the Contractor from the pre-qualified pool that submitted the best response. A SOW must be executed prior to commencing any work. Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Analyze customer business and technical requirements and issues, recommending solutions; Provide manager-level resource to be accountable for all communication, reporting, review and issues resolution associated with this engagement; Design, build, test and implement enhancements to meet functional requirements; Provide production support and ongoing system troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring, and training; and Manage, process and documentation to support customer needs.
