Specifications include, but are not limited to: The PORT will evaluate: 1. The specialized experience and technical competence of the key individuals who will provide the requested services as detailed in the Scope of Work, including but not limited to the proposed consultant team contract manager, key staff project managers, and any relevant support staff. 2. Projects similar in scope and complexity. Areas of interest include: a. Projects involving civil construction in a marine environment. b. Projects involving significant utility facilities and infrastructure systems including power, communications, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water. c. Projects involving the construction of roadway or parking facilities. d. Projects involving architectural renovations and mechanical/electrical work inside existing facilities involving tenant spaces.
