WSU reserves the right to act as their own reference. • Surface preparation, consisting of broom-cleaning the existing interior, void it of all loose debris, surface repair irregularities to produce a smooth watertight surface • Coat interior of pool with sanitizing agent formulated to prevent the growth of microbes or fungus • Apply separator fleece with a minimum 125.0 mil in thickness (.125-inch/3.175 mm), weighing at least 10 ounces per square yard to isolate membrane from pool or approve equivalent • PVC membrane shall be no less than 60.0 mil in thickness (.060-inch/1.5 mm). All seams in the membrane shall be one-piece, single overlap seams • Areas identified as high traffic should meet slip resistant requirements of ASTM C1028 with a minimum thickness of 67.0 mil reinforced PVC membrane
