Specifications include, but are not limited to: Refreshing materials, updating finishes, and minor interior reconfiguration of 32,728 SF on Level 3 (the Conference Center) of the existing pier including associated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and AV work, and signage to improve wayfinding. New energy efficient lighting and lighting controls throughout to meet the Seattle Energy Code requirements. Providing (1) enlarged windows, and (3) new windows on the exterior façade. All windows will be high performance systems and meet the requirements of the Seattle Energy Code. One new operable partition and (2) new sliding glass partitions. A new internal communicating ramp (not required for exiting) between levels 2 and 3 to enhance accessibility within the building.
