Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Contract provides for the furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to construct irrigation ditches on either side of Pfenning Road from Radio Road to 100 ft north of Vantage Hwy. Piping will consist of N12 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Storm Sewer Pipe. Roadway widening, curb and gutter and sidewalk will be installed on either side of the road with 6 ft bio-swale between the curb and sidewalk. Construct cement concrete curb ramps, cement concrete driveways, and install pavement markings. Four new hydrants will be installed with associated DI piping. The bio-swale will be landscaped with trees fed by irrigation drip system to be installed by the contractor. Lastly the existing road is to be ground down by 1.5" before a 2" overlay is applied to existing asphalt. Install pavement markings, perform traffic control; and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete this project
