This would include but is not limited to: Washington Student Achievement Council staff who provide postsecondary access and financial aid to potential program participants. Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, McKinney-Vento liaisons and foster care liaisons. Public and private agency professionals that assist current and former foster care recipients and unaccompanied youth or young adults experiencing unaccompanied homeless in their transition to adult hood.
