Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Draw on their training and experience in civil engineering to prepare designs for WSDOT transportation projects including fish barrier removal. 2. Administer consultant agreements, including preparing and negotiating task orders and processing monthly invoices for payment. 3. Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups in writing and orally. 4. Actively manage project schedules and budgets to result in on-time and within budget delivery. 5. Conduct QA/QC of deliverables from consultants to ensure compliance with WSDOT standards. 6. Coordinate effectively with WSDOT region staff and support groups, consultant teams, WSDOT Headquarters, FHWA, local agencies, project stakeholders, resource agencies, and Tribes. 7. Review their own engineering work and the engineering work of others for clarity, correctness, and conformance to WSDOT policy. 8. Manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
