The workstation(s) should include (but is not limited to): . At least three integrated, table top workstation modules that teach the fundamentals of . Feeding, storage and /or distribution of parts . Movement of parts by conveyors and /or other means . Timing and control of the above in an automated process . Workstation(s)s shall include all interfaces and cables for complete integration of the mechatronics lab workstation components . Workstation(s) modules shall be assembled on slotted metal plates . Student E-learning for the table top mechatronics modules to teach fluid systems, pneumatic systems, control automation and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI’s) . Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) are to be included with each table top workstation module and should include: . Software for simulation and programming of PLC’s . E-Learning materials for teaching PLC’s to students . Cables and interfaces, as needed for integration with the workstation modules . Air compressor with accumulator tank suitable for driving the pneumatic systems of the workstation at full capacity . Options should be separately and individually priced . The table top mechatronics workstation will be integrated with a Fanuc LR-Mate robot arm, ordered separately;
