Specifications include, but are not limited to: User Licensing • Conversion of current licenses – Depending on license model, this license conversion may not occur until December 2019 when the Port’s current maintenance contract with IBM has ended. • Contract for new licenses – These purchases will occur over time as new user requirements are identified. The Port anticipates purchasing some additional licenses in mid-2019. Support • Business Hour support with an option for 24X7 support • Capability for phone, email, and web support contact from multiple administrators • Multiple administrator access to website for case status • Escalation process • Access to all Maximo software upgrades and patches from IBM • Vendor personnel will not have direct access to the Port Maximo environment without Port facilitation.
