Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant will provide design, facilitation, and coaching services for Sound Transit’s cohort-based leadership development programs. The Consultant will collaborate with our Leadership Development Program Manager to design and facilitate the cohort programs as well as provide coaching services to all leadership levels in the organization. It is the intention of Sound Transit to expand our current leadership development initiative known as the Management Excellence Program (MEP) throughout the organization, depending on program outcomes and future funding. Therefore, any tools, curriculum, or strategies must be available for use by Sound Transit in any such expansion.
