Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perform, but not be limited to, the following: A. Insurance Broker Services 1. Broker insurance for the Harborview Bond Program OCIP including, for example, general and excess liability, Owner’s Professional Protective Indemnity (OPPI), and builders risk, and any other relevant coverages, such as pollution and professional liability. 2. Broker services may also include the brokering of other lines of insurance coverage including, for example, pollution and professional liability insurance. 3. Review and analyze operations and exposures and make appropriate coverage recommendations to ensure optimal protection of King County, contractors, and enrolled subcontractors. 4. Design a comprehensive program of insurance coverage intended to avoid gaps in coverage, provide appropriate coverage, limits, and retentions at the most reasonable cost for exposures. 5. Marketing and placement of insurance coverages, including OCIP and non-OCIP insurance coverage, in support of the Harborview Bond Program, including recommendations for insurance coverage, drafting program documents and policy language, underwriting data, and specifications for new and renewal policy negotiations.
