Specifications include, but are not limited to: Create the seven new Level 1 projects, named by population (including ‘Regionwide Projects’)
Move all Level 2 projects to the correct Level 1 project folder. By moving the Level 2 folders, all Level 3 projects will follow.
Find and move all “Assessment” projects to a ‘Planning and Assessment’ folder (likely one for each Population (Level 1) parent folder).
Perform initial QA through HWS to move and rename Level 3 projects as necessary to fit new hierarchy.
Export the HWS database in MS Access format and perform additional QA to identify and correct any remaining Level 3 inconsistencies.
Identify reasonable project goals for each of the Level 1 and 2 projects (based upon chapter 6 of the recovery plan) and verify with SRSRB staff.
Ensure that all required/relevant goals and metrics are present at each project level. Project goals and metrics do not automatically roll up to higher level projects unless they exist at each level.
Define and document goals and metrics in separate vignette to be added to the Snake LE HWS Business Rules.
