Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review and become familiar with Federal 21st CCLC program statute, non-regulatory guidance, the WA 21st CCLC 2020-2021 Request for Proposal (RFP) scoring rubric, scoring handbook, bidders conference Power Point slides. (This may take approximately four (4) to six (6) hours.) This requirement must be completed prior to the virtual peer reviewer training. OSPI will provide contractors with the aforementioned information to review. • Participate in a four (4) hour virtual 21st CCLC RFP Scoring Training tentatively scheduled November 12, 2020. Reviewers will practice scoring applications, calibrate as a team, and come to consensus on scores. Bidders who cannot commit to attending the training will be deemed non-responsive. • Review and score applications up to fifteen (15) applications between November 12, 2020, and December 17, 2020, based on criteria established by OSPI’s 21st CCLC program. Applications are roughly thirty (30) pages. Unless requested in writing to have printed materials, all applications, scoring rubrics, and supporting materials are provided electronically
