Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pierce County seeks the services of qualified general contractors with expertise in all phases of construction as required to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform perform a variety of facility modification projects and other construction projects in court facilities, general office buildings, and correctional facilities, throughout Pierce County. Many of the existing facilities need repairs or modifications that will require the services of a full service General Contractor that has the capability to perform these various facility modifications turn-key if required. The scope of services for General Construction Services will need to include the, but not limited to following: carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors, windows, frames, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry and subcontracting.
