Specifications include, but are not limited to: The COLLEGE is requesting proposals for management and operation of the COLLEGE’s food service
and catering services. Proposals may include all food service locations on the WVC campus and
catering services or identify the locations and services that would be provided by the CONTRACTOR.
Proposals should consider general cafeteria service, satellite location(s), and catering for both
campus and non-campus customers.
CONTRACTORS should clearly identify if their proposal does not include all food service locations
and catering services as described in this RFP.
