Engines shall be supplied on an as needed basis. Exhibit 1 lists the current fleet and the applicable replacement schedule. The engines shall be built to the latest Cummins standards using Cummins genuine parts and shall meet the Federal Buy America guidelines. The engine information shall be mounted on the valve cover as per each engine’s specifications and emissions data plate. The Contractor is responsible for assuring that the data plate and information on it is complete and meets any standards set by any Federal Government Agency, EPA Agency, the States of Oregon and Washington, or any of their agencies. The information (when applicable) on the plate will, at a minimum, include identifying the Cummins engine family, model, peak horsepower and fuel consumption at rated rpm, peak torque, valve and injector settings, injector timing code, FEL-NOX and FEL PM levels, CPL number.
