Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project work is of two phases, each of which address air quality issues in the Port of Seattle's aviation fire house. The first will require the replacement of two existing humidifier units and installation of one new humidifier unit, plus associated water supply and drain piping serving three separate form suites in the fire house. Work will involve ceiling accesses and restorations; installation of the new owner-furnished humidifier units; electrical service from a panel board to the one new humidifier unit; piping, minor duct work to install humidifier components, and pipe insulation. The second pahse will require the replacement of fifteen each pneumatic 3-way valves with addition of new isolation valves, strainers, pressure temperature ports, metallic flex hose connections, flow control valves, and pipe insulation.
