Specifications include, but are not limited to: The replacement UCP solution will support the following functional areas: Holder Reporting, Remittance, Balancing, Billing & Collections Advertise / Make Public UCP Owner Claims and Refunds Contact and Workflow Management Withhold and Deliver Orders Reciprocity Refunds Securities Management Holder Audit and Education Safe Deposit Box Program Fraud Detection and Prevention The QA consultant will complete monthly assessments, which are reported in writing, on the following Quality Assurance Objectives: Project progress according to the agreed upon project plans, especially as these relate to scope, schedule and budget/cost. Appropriate actions taken to ensure that project issues and risks have been identified and are being mitigated or resolved in a timely fashion. Assess the level of project communication with various stakeholders and advise as needed on how project communication may be improved. Assess the organizational change management plan and activities; and advise on adjustments needed to organization change management plan. Appropriate actions taken to ensure that the Vendor DOR contracts with to complete the UCPR project is performing as stipulated in the agreed upon contract.
