Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Within 30 days of NTP, prepare and submit a draft Project Management Plan (PMP).Consultant shall update the PMP as required. The PMP will follow Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and shall include but not be limited to the following items:a. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)b. Phase 1A project schedulec.Communications Pland. Change Control Plane. Stakeholder analysis2. Coordinate with County Project Representative (PR) and Project Control Engineer (PCE) tocreate a project-level WBS using WBS Schedule Pro or a version that is compatible withMicrosoft Project 2010 to Level 4 or 5 (task and subtask) through the completion of the Alternatives Analysis. Prepare a detailed project schedule consistent with the activities, task,and subtasks outlined in the WBS.3. Include County-provided modeling, engineering, permitting, environmental review,community relations, property, and operations and maintenance activities along with Consultant team activities to provide a comprehensive project schedule.
