Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Increase local Business Solution Navigator capacity A. Provide training and technical assistance to regional partners. B. Support recruitment, placement, and retention of employees, with a focus on EcSA participants, other WIOA participants, and other individuals, including ALICE, and those receiving SNAP benefits. C. Support businesses in successfully recruiting and retaining talent. D. Serve as a liaison between employers and the many programs available to serve them. E. In partnership with local United Way organizations launch a community success story campaign that focuses on serving ALICE. 2. Coordinate local and support regional career exploration events F. Provide training and technical assistance to regional partners. G. Support the launch or enhancement of local annual career exploration events in coordination with local businesses and education partners. H. Support the launch of the annual regional Try-A-Trade event in coordination with the Capital Region STEM Alliance.
