Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will: (1) Develop synthetic stream networks in selected western Washington watershed/sub-basins in which the upper extent of the AFF can be located based on the relationship between known anadromous fish distributions and associated stream characteristics including channel gradients, fish obstacles, fish barriers, and channel widths; (2) Assess the sensitivity of the results of the stream characteristic parameters used to estimate the extent of anadromous fish to known anadromous fish locations in the analyses; (3) Summarize the results of the sensitivity analyses to the synthetic stream network and stream characteristics to inform the Anadromous Fish Floor Workgroup in the development of an AFF option; and (4) Prepare a summary report describing the methods used to create the synthetic hydrographic stream networks and the methods of analyses.
