Specifications include, but are not limited to: Schedule – Assemble and update project schedule with consultant scope and integrate into City project schedule. Meeting Attendance – Attend frequent meetings with City and WSDOT to coordinate design, right-of-way and environmental activities. Complete plans, specifications and estimates for: o The 6th Avenue and Sprague Avenue intersection channelization, signalization, curb bulb-out design and pedestrian crossings. o Design of other intersections may be added during negotiations. o Project phasing and traffic control o Construction staging, as needed o Street light system replacement o Miscellaneous service supporting consultant scope: hydraulics, geotechnical, structural, etc., as needed o Signal system replacement and APS o Develop signal timing plan and assist in implementing with City staff o Review City’s traffic operations model, conduct additional analyses as required to achieve signal and design goals. Topographic Survey - The consultant team will provide topographic survey and right-of-way services at all intersections included in the scope along the corridor. Right-of-Way – Development of right-of-way plans for all intersections in the project. The City may request additional assistance with right-of-way processes/real estate contract services during the project, including but not limited to, independent appraisal work, temporary construction easements, and permanent easements.
