Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mowing / Fertilization - All lawn areas shall be maintained to a height of 2 to 2 ½ inches Additional mowing may be necessary to meet required height. Individual sites not needing mowing due to the absence of irrigation and hot weather without precipitation will have mowing schedules adjusted accordingly by the Maintenance Manager or designee. Collection of grass will be required only when mowing conditions or equipment use results in clumping. 3.2 Areas that cannot be successfully cut by mower such as utility poles, fence lines or other objects shall be trimmed using other mechanical means. 3.3 Lawn edges bordering sidewalks, walkways, curbs, planting beds and tree wells shall be neatly edged or trimmed. 3.4 Lawns shall receive the minimum amount of selection fertilizer needed to promote healthy turf and control broadleaf weeds.
