Building is approximately 41,000 total sq. ft. and includes: a. Carpet: 31,000 sq. ft. b. Entry slate: 1,000 sq. ft. c. Restroom ceramic tile: 1,000 sq. ft. d. Breakroom VCT: 600 sq. ft. e. Copy room VCT: 300 sq. ft. f. Warehouse: 7,000 sq. ft. g. Four (4) restrooms: 1) One (1) toilet, one (1) sink. 2) Two (2) urinals, two (2) stalls, two (2) sinks, and shower. 3) One (1) toilet, one (1) sink. 4) Four (4) stalls, two (2) sinks, one (1) shower. h. Breakroom: 1) Counter, sink, paper towel dispenser, fridge, ice machine. 2) Five (5) tables, 25 chairs, two (2) couches. i. Coffee Bar: Counter, sink, and refrigerator. j. Four (4) Conference rooms. k. Boardroom with dais and chairs. l. Two (2) water bottle fill stations. m. 18-foot lobby windows ii. Work shall be performed five (5) days per week, Sunday through Thursday, after the hour of 6:30 p.m. and before the hour of 12:00 a.m. iii. Daily Requirements: a. Restrooms: 1) Sweep and wet-mop or scrub floors with disinfectant. 2) Wash and sanitize toilets, urinals, and wash basins. Maintain odor free traps. 3) Damp wipe and polish mirrors, dispensers, and chrome fixtures. 4) Damp wipe and polish all other surfaces including walls, doors, and partitions. 5) Empty waste receptacle and insert a new plastic liner. 6) Service toilet tissue, paper towel, soap dispensers, seat cover holder, urinal blocks, and bags for sanitary napkins. Supply and replace urinal mats. 7) Empty women’s sanitary napkin refuse container. b. Office Areas, Conference Rooms, Storerooms: 1) Vacuum all carpeted floors and spot clean as often as necessary. 2) Sweep and wet-mop vinyl floors with mild detergent. 3) Empty waste receptacles and insert new plastic liners. 4) Empty recycle bins and remove contents to designated recycling area. 5) Dust and clean all horizontal surfaces in conference rooms. 6) Spot clean walls, conference room partitions, doors, and windows. 7) Clean conference room white boards using the appropriate cleaner. c. Breakroom and Common Areas: 1) Sweep and wet-mop vinyl floors with mild detergent. 2) Sanitize table and wipe down chairs. 3) Empty waste receptacles and insert new plastic liners. iv. Weekly: a. Scrub and disinfect vinyl and tile floors in restrooms and lunchrooms. b. Buff and wax all vinyl floors. c. Clean janitor closet floors, sink, and walls. d. Wipe doorframes, window frames, and venetian blinds with treated dust cloths. e. Scrub and disinfect waste receptacles in lunch and break rooms. v. Monthly Services: a. Spray buff or seal tile floors after washing and disinfecting. b. Scrub wall surfaces, partitions, doors, sills, and waste receptacles in restrooms. c. Dust wall surfaces within 84-inches of floor and under surfaces such as knee wells on desk, table legs, etc. d. Clean exterior of all light fixtures and ventilation ducts. e. Wash all wastebaskets. f. Vacuum cloth chairs and office wall partitions. vi. Quarterly: a. Wash interior and exterior window glass (first week of the month). b. Carpet cleaning. c. Tile/grout steam cleaning in restrooms. vii. Semiannual: a. Remove wax, clean floor, apply wax, and buff. b. Lunchroom and lobby upholstery cleaning.
