Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preparation of the Data Packages and Managing the Applications Once Submitted to the UK/EFSA and Japanese MHLW: Once IR-4 reports for the additional residue trials is complete, BCI will prepare new data packages for submission to the appropriate registrant or government officials. BCI will continue to work closely with officials during evaluation to ensure that all information necessary is provided. Once the data packages have been evaluated and recommendations are made to EFSA and MHLW, BCI will work with FAS in the US Embassies to the European Union and Japan, the European Commission, the registrants, and German hop growers to ensure that the applications are reviewed fairly and promptly. Bryant Christie Inc. will produce the following written deliverables: - Issues Review newsletters to provide progress updates to the hop industry on a quarterly basis. Bryant Christie Inc. was selected for sole source contract award because it has managed this specific project on behalf of the hop industry for the past year, and has specific expertise in the areas of international harmonization and phytosanitary barriers to trade. The contractor has expertise in the subjects and requirements of this project, and a well established network of contacts within the various government agencies that are the target of this project.
