Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the City in gaining a better understanding of what commercial on premise or hosted solutions are available in the marketplace that would help minimize data redundancies, and complex integration components necessitated by the use of disparate ERP, Human Resource, Staff Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Payroll systems. While the City’s timekeeping system has reached end of life and needs to be replaced and the City desires a Staffing Scheduling business application which better meets the complex requirements of its Police and Fire departments and seamlessly integrates with a new Timekeeping system, the City is open to considering fully integrated Workforce Management product solutions which extend beyond these primary functional areas
