The Consultant may provide multidisciplinary design services for major maintenance and repairs; building repairs and replacement; and individual, annually appropriated stand-alone capital projects; which may include, but are not limited to: 1. Building and zoning code studies or reports that analyze existing problems and issues, making recommendations for resolution of those problems, and cost estimating for development costs and ongoing operational budget impacts. 2. Site infrastructure repairs and replacements to utilities, gas services, fire water supply systems, storm water drainage and/or retention systems, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and parking lot storm water runoff control. 3. Hard landscape repairs and replacements for sidewalks, entrance plazas, waterproofing systems, parking lots, access ramps, pedestrian paving, curbs, gutters, catch basins, and drainage piping. 4. Tenant improvements including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, data, and communication design. 5.
