Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. New ProductsAll Wireless Bus Video Security Systems provided under this contract must be new, notpreviously used, and are being actively marketed by the manufacturers’ authorized dealers.All branded components, spare parts, application software, accessories and ancillary equipmentsupplied under this contract must conform to manufacturer specifications and shall be of newmanufacture and in current standard production. The awarded vendor is responsible for ensuringthat these items are operable and installed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.2. Installation/Removala.The installation and/or removal of contract Wireless Bus Video Security Systems shall beperformed in a professional manner. The member’s premises and equipment shall be leftin a clean condition. The awarded vendor may be required to repair all damage and/orprovide full compensation for damage to the member agencies premises and equipmentthat occurred during installation/removal.b.Personnel in charge of the installation must be available to coordinate installation withmember agency’s internal staff. Qualified service support and technical personnel will berequired to provide all necessary maintenance and repair. Installation dates andinstallation schedule must be approved by member agency.
