Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Respondent must be the manufacturer or authorized reseller of industry‐standard and industry‐ compliant wireless internal connections components needed to bring broadband connectivity into the classroom or library when connected to a wired Ethernet infrastructure as defined by the current Eligible Services list. Eligible components under this category include wireless access points, wireless controllers, and network control and management. The Respondent must certify eligible versus non‐ eligible components and accept all liability for misrepresenting eligibility. In cases where the Respondent is other than the manufacturer, the Respondent must include a reseller authorization letter verifying the ability to resell the hardware including transferring all warranties to the District as well as, if applicable, configure, install, test, and service the hardware.
