Specifications include, but are not limited to: During the term of this Contract, Contractor shall be responsible at its sole cost, for furnishing an adequate number of capable, highly qualified, properly trained and licensed Security Officers to fulfill un-armed patrol duties at Willow Grove Park in Longview, WA as follows: A. All Security Officers provided by the Contractor under this Contract shall perform patrol duties that conform with industry best practices and standards in accordance with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, orders, and other legal authority, whether State, Federal, or otherwise. B. Contractor shall be responsible for training all Security Officers in accordance with section 1)(a) above and the following Port specific rules (attached) prior to commencing services: 1. Willow Grove Security Schedule 2. Willow Grove General Park Rules 3. Willow Grove Boat Launch Policy 4. Willow Grove Event Policy 5. Willow Grove Park Incident Response Procedures 6. Trespass Notice C. The following basic minimum standards shall be met by each Security Officer assigned by the Contractor to the Port: 1. Security Officers must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age; and 2. Possess a State of Washington Security Officer license at all times while performing work for the Port; 3. Possess a valid First Aid/CPR certificate and be knowledgeable in the use of fire extinguishers; 4. Speak, read, and write English 5. Maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license; 6. Have reliable transportation to and from work; 7. Have no criminal convictions or association other than minor traffic violations and no serious personal credit problems within the past three (3) years; 8. Have stable work experience; 9. Have the ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and follow instructions; 10. Be able to effectively deal with Port staff and the general public.
