Specifications include, but are not limited to: Intercity Transit, the public transportation provider in Thurston County, Washington, is seeking Proposals from qualified firms interested in hosting our website and providing assistance when implementing improvements. ; The selected firm shall, in collaboration with stakeholders, devise a Transit approved plan to complete tasks in 2022 including, not limited to: Maintain Drupal core and module patches. Make changes/improvements to www.intercitytransit.com to include: Use Google Maps or other 3rd party APIs to display Transit related maps, static and real-time information. Graphic design and user interface improvements. Migrate PDF documents to Drupal content pages. Migrate PDF forms to Drupal web forms. The selected firm shall also provide website maintenance, support, and hosting of our websites. Minimum expectations are: Host the Intercity Transit websites in a cloud hosting environment, Pantheon or similar cloud provider. Support Multi-dev, Dev, Test, and Live environments. Monitor performance and availability. Provide appropriate and timely performance information to Transit.
