Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clark County intends to award one to three contracts for website design and maintenance services to be provided on an as-needed basis. Website design and maintenance services including: • Design and maintenance of existing websites; • Confer with county staff in person or via phone or email to discuss needs and concepts for each project and develop the scope, estimated costs, and timeline; • Migrate ClarkGreenBiz.com to the Joomla platform; • Train staff in basic functions to allow them to make basic changes in-house; • Create a report at the end of each month to provide all website statistics to staff, including, but not exclusive to, visits, unique visitors, page visits, time spent on site, pages visited. • Organize all stages of a project to meet predetermined strict time lines; and • Provide the county with backend access to sites as well as files associated with website development or maintenance.
