Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Goals and Objectives PSRC is seeking to develop a new website that is informative, visually appealing, engaging, and easy to use for all visitors. As Puget Sound’s metropolitan planning organization, PSRC provides regional data and planning information to the public, elected officials, city and county staff, and others. We want to create a website that works well for our professional partners and is also understandable, relevant and easy to navigate for the general public. The new site should have: Clean, clutter-free, modern design (wider than current site) Responsive and ADA accessible design that looks good on desktop, mobile and tablet Clear, easy to use navigation that doesn’t require the user to understand regional government or the Puget Sound Regional Council. Social media integration Integration of PSRC blog feed (http://blog.psrc.org) on home page Meeting calendar integrated with board and committee pages Ability to display and maintain data visualization tools such as Tableau and stand-alone charts, tables and maps
