The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) is initiating this Informal Request for Quotations & Qualifications (RFQQ) to solicit bids from individuals or organizations interested in participating in a contract to develop the layout for the Apprenticeship Healthcare Web Pages to showcase workplace-based training successes in healthcare in Washington State. The web pages will be housed on the website of the Workforce Development Council of Seattle King County. Scope of project: The Contractor shall consult with L&I staff to review materials and discuss the desired functions of the web pages web pages will be hosted on the www.mapyourcareer.org website design format will follow host website. Minimal content development is required for this project. Work with designated L&I staff regarding the web pages format, look & feel and functionality. The Contractor shall provide up to two separate designs with up to one revision to meet project goals. The Contractor shall develop code to implement the interface design, including all necessary HTML, CSS and JavaScript code fully commented to deploy up to three pages of content.
