Specifications and Scope of Work • Rental and servicing of trailer mounted chemical toilets. • Servicing of city-owned portable toilets and holding vaults. • Rental and servicing of temporary portable toilets. • Rental of other specified units as needed. • Purchase of new portable toilets. The cleaning/servicing of each unit shall include, at a minimum: • Removing waste from the toilet tank and refilling it with clean solution. • Supplying the unit with two rolls of toilet paper. • Supplying removable garbage bags in some units as determined by the City's project manager. • Supplying the unit with a hand sanitizer dispenser and refilling it with a solution. • Removing debris and litter from the inside of the unit and disposing of it properly. • Removing debris and litter from the exterior of the unit within a five-foot radius around the unit. • Cleaning the interior and exterior of the unit to remove graffiti. • Performing minor, in-field repairs to the unit.
