Specifications include, but are not limited to: Produce an Ecosystem Recovery Plan for the Puyallup-White River Local Integrating Organization area (PWR-LIO) in collaboration with LIO participants, and consistent with the Puget Sound Partnership's ERP guidance. This project will develop a comprehensive Puyallup Watershed (Water Resource Inventory Area (WRIA) 10) Ecosystem Recovery Plan aimed at restoring and protecting the ecological and socioeconomic health of the Puyallup River Watershed, and thereby contribute to the recovery of Puget Sound. The purpose of the Plan is to serve as a science-based resource that identifies key ecological focus areas, attributes associated with these focus areas, pressures affecting those attributes, and strategies for protecting and improving the species and habitats that make the Puyallup Watershed unique. The plan establishes recovery targets and provides a framework for decision-makers as they consider what actions to pursue as part of the broader effort to restore and protect Puget Sound.
