Design, furnish, install, own, operate, monitor, maintain, and ultimately remove a fully functional electric security fence system for the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant The contractor shall design, furnish, install, own, operate, monitor, maintain, and ultimately remove a fully functional electric security fence system for the duration of the contract term. The system shall be delivered as a turnkey service under a fixed monthly service-fee structure. All equipment, monitoring services, power systems, maintenance, repairs, and related components shall be included in the monthly fee. • Provide a complete and operational electric security fence system integrated with the City’s existing perimeter fence. • Perform all design, installation, commissioning, operation, monitoring, and maintenance responsibilities required throughout the contract term. • Retain ownership of all components at all times; the City will not assume ownership of any portion of the system.
