Contractor will provide services as follows: • Collaborate with State Parks representatives, equipment provider, in understanding the requirements for plant and system operations. • Onsite familiarization with the wastewater system including MBR plant SCADA systems, component PLCs and RTUs, remote monitoring capabilities, review and recommendations for revising O&M manuals. • Review and comply with DOH and ECY permit requirements, including sampling and testing of monitoring wells where necessary and MBR plant influent/ effluent. • Operate plant during normal operations starting from contract execution through June 30, 2027. • Provide 24-hour monitoring for all four plants, with on-call operator at the certification level required for each plant. • Work under this agreement will include on-site presence weekly at each facility to ensure all components are operating as designed, and take necessary tests. Any failures will be immediately relayed to the State Parks representative for correction authorization or assignment for staff to correct. • Operator is to fill out all reports and submittals required for each plant and submit these reports to the proper agency on or before the due date. This will include but not limited to the monthly discharge monitoring reports (DMR), Waste load assessment or any other reports required by permits or submittals. • Contractor will be required to help State Parks develop future upgrades or projects for the Ten-Year Plan...
