• Perform project management and decision tracking • Provide and maintain a project delivery schedule considering timeframes listed above • Review existing information and coordinate design elements • Provide engineering assistance with any required permitting • Provide design and review milestones • Provide a bid-ready design package including plans, specifications, and cost estimate • Provide specifications to implement equipment programming per City standards. • Provide specifications for equipment operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals • Provide a pump station control strategy per City standards • Provide updated pump station P&IDs per City standards • Provide guidance for equipment procurement strategy to meet construction schedule • Provide equipment pre-procurement package by 50% design, as needed • Provide construction support services, including submittal, RFI, and change order review • Provide final electronic project record drawings to reflect as-built condition • Provide engineering support to update the overall City of Tacoma O&M manual for this station
