Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverables provided should include: Facilitation of 6-14 meetings of the Washington State Digital Equity Forum over a period of 12 months. Meeting topics will include: o Development of goals that are consistent with the goals of the Washington State Broadband Office, as provided in RCW 43.330.536; o Recommendations to strengthen public-private partnerships; o Solicitation of public input through public hearings or informational sessions; o Recommendations to increase collaboration and communication between local, state, and federal governments and agencies; and o Recommendations for reforms to universal service mechanisms. Meeting preparation and support that may include, but will not be limited to: o Working with Digital Equity Forum Co-chairs to develop agendas and meeting materials informed by staff and stakeholders; o Producing detailed Digital Equity Forum meeting notes informed by staff and stakeholders; and o Condensing Digital Equity Forum meeting notes to make clear items of importance related to supporting efforts of digital equity and inclusion.
