Specifications include, but are not limited to: ommerce is considering contracting with an outside vendor to implement some or all of the following aspects of the Marketplace: Marketplace website design and operations: Website design and operations: Design and operate Marketplace website. Ensure that website design and operability are compliant with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Ensure compatibility with commonly-used language translation applications. Develop methodologies allowing novice financial information users to compare retirement savings plans offered by Marketplace providers. Coordinate with Commerce to administer a protocol for ensuring that only qualified financial services firms and plans participate in the marketplace. Develop and deliver data metrics on Marketplace activity, to be determined by Commerce. Data collection elements are yet-to-be-determined but may include: Website traffic (e.g., hits), Website self-reported and non-personally identifying visitor characteristics (e.g., industry, zip code, number of employees, and estimated average age of workforce of business visitors), and Levels of plan enrollment and retirement savings levels of participating enrollees that are obtained in aggregate on a voluntary basis from private sector financial services firms that participate in the Marketplace.
