Qualified investment consultation includes: Facilitating the BOARD’s development of an investment policy statement based on investment beliefs and objectives the BOARD establishes; Advising on the development of a risk management and oversight program; Participating in the solicitation of investment management services; Working collaboratively within and across the organizations and teams that will ultimately be service providers to and stakeholders in the PROGRAM; and Monitoring the performance of the investment manager(s) and the investment options ultimately included in the PROGRAM. The services shall be primarily performed at the offices of the CONTRACTOR and at the offices of appropriate affiliates, related entities, subsidiaries and subcontractors; however, there will be some mandatory meetings in or near Tumwater, Washington. While the selected consultant will be under the management purview of the PROGRAM MANAGER, the consultant will be expected to consult with the BOARD at the request of the PROGRAM MANAGER or BOARD.
